Capitan Osama Mohammed Abd Elfattah

Osama Mohammed Abd Elfattah has over 23 years of experience in the Egyptian Military industry, where he served as Deputy Head of Procurement in the Naval Armament Department (ENAD).

His tenure with the Egyptian Naval Forces, from July 2000 to July 2023, culminated in him reaching the rank of Captain. As Chief of Procurement for the Naval Forces Section at the Egyptian Armament Authority between July 2012 and December 2017, he managed significant projects, negotiations, and inter-departmental collaborations, working with international firms such as Sillinger and Thales.

A specialist in counterterrorism and crime, trained in security and intelligence, Osama has leveraged his military background to address security challenges, ensuring safe environments through risk analysis and proactive planning. His experience as a company commander in the Military Police of the Naval Forces and as a member of the Naval
Forces shooting team has enhanced his security, military planning, and crime prevention skills.

Furthermore, as a Contracts Manager and leader of the Maritime Procurement Department in the Armed Forces Armament Authority, he has excelled in managing negotiation committees, coordinating procurement activities, and ensuring compliance in naval programs.
