Giuseppe Alongi

FOUNDER & GROUP CEO

Business executive and entrepreneur with over 30 years of international experience in the energy sector and a proven track record of business deals successfully concluded. Especially active across the Middle East and North Africa, he supports strategic partnerships and business development in complex markets. Since 2019, he has served as advisor for Fincantieri’s Military Shipping division. In 2021, he was awarded Knight of Merit of the Italian Republic for his role in promoting Italian companies in Egypt.

Stefano Prandi

Board Member, Drakkar Nigeria

Certified European Financial Analyst with international background spanning the Middle East and Europe. He began his career as Capital Markets Advisor for Crédit Agricole Italy and has extensive experience in multi-family-office environments, corporate advisory, tax, budgeting, compliance and AML/KYC management. He combines technical finance expertise with governance and tax-structuring capabilities.

Omar Ado Ibrahim

CEO, Drakkar For Trading Nigeria

Leads international market-development efforts and contributes regional leadership and business-development capabilities across strategic African markets. Brings deep on-the-ground experience to the group’s expansion in West Africa.

Ahmed Bakr

Chief Operating Officer

Business executive with over 20 years of international experience across engineering, sales and operations. Previous roles at Carrier Africa, John Crane and Hoerbiger Service Egypt included strong revenue growth, market expansion across Africa and complex operational management. His profile combines commercial execution, engineering know-how and leadership in demanding regional markets.

Osama Mohammed Abd Elfattah

Director of Business Development

Over 23 years of experience in the Egyptian military industry, including leadership positions in naval procurement, contract management and armed-forces armament programmes. He has managed major negotiations and international collaborations, bringing strong expertise in procurement, compliance, security planning and intelligence-driven operational support.
